BACKGROUND OF THE
TROOP 2215 NECKERCHIEF

Our troop neckerchief is unique by today's
scouting standards. It consists of a full 32
inch square piece of material embroidered with
the above logo and finished with red piping
around the edges. We wear it outside of the
shirt collar with the collar tucked inside. It
is secured with a Turk's head woggle.
Each Scout
learns to tie the woggle.
